Glencoe is known for its water problems, and the property caters for this with 5000 gallons of reserve water storage tanks with a pump system, there is also an outside shower to rinse off after returning from the beach.

The property is in the gated neighborhood of Newbury Hill, and one of the guard booths and barrier gates is actually sits on a corner of the grounds.

Newbury Hill is a gated neighborhood in the Glencoe area of west Trinidad. Glencoe sits in quiet residential Valley, and is about 4 miles north west of Port of Spain and is also about 4 miles east Chaguaramas. The neighborhood is secured at night with manned security checkpoints at both entrances
The property is about 400 meters from the main road where there is a strip mall with a bank, pharmacy, supermarket and eating establishments. The Trinidad Yacht Club and a bakery are also about the same distance away. An upmarket shopping mall, called the Falls at West Mall, is just over a mile away. Full medical facilities are available at the WestShore private hospital about 2 miles away.
