Short Overview

The Penthouse suite is a totally air conditioned three level apartment( one of two apartments in the building). The main entrance is on the middle level from the electronically gated car park( which has a workmen's changing room and shower), into the large luxuriously furnished open plan lounge and dining area which also has a powder room and contains part of our extensive collection of local artist’s work. The fully equipped professional level kitchen is on this floor adjacent to the dining area.
There is a separate entrance door from the car park to a short corridor with another powder room that leads to a small open patio and the stairway to the open roof top deck.
The whole front and part of the side walls are tinted blue floor to ceiling glass giving incredible views over the whole of Goodwood Park, Port of Spain and the Gulf of Paria.
The upper level accessed from the lounge or separately from the car park area is up a short flight of stairs and is an open deck covering the whole rooftop area with another powder room. This space is generally used for cocktail parties or BBQs.
From the entrance level a stairway descends to the bedroom floor which has a main foyer off which lead the laundry and three bedrooms. The master bedroom is entered via a very large walk in closet with vanity area and direct access to the bathroom with a spa jet bath and separate shower and WC. It has a king sized bed and an office/ sitting/ kitchenette alcove. The bedroom also has a direct access to the bathroom. The front and side wall are again full height blue glass walls.
The en Suite queen bedded middle bedroom is entered from the foyer and there is also a connecting door to the master bedroom making it very suitable for young children or a staff member.Again the front wall is floor to ceiling tinted blue glass.
The third en suite bedroom has a queen bed and is entered from the foyer , like the other two bed rooms the front and side wall is full height glass.
Maid service is provided , free of charge, five days per week.
